01Who we are

Ashrafli Investments is a property investment advisory brand of Elevate Group. We help buyers choose and buy freehold property in Spain, Türkiye and the UAE; purchases are completed by licensed agencies and developers in each country.

02This website

No cookies, no advertising trackers and no forms. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver it and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, and gives us aggregated visit statistics without cookies.

Buttons on the site open WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. What you send there is covered below and by those services' own policies.

03When you write to us

You can reach us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or by email. We then receive your name or profile name, your phone number or account ID, and the messages you send (for example your goal, budget and questions).

We use this only to answer you, send brochures and prepare property options for you. Conversations are kept in our customer inbox (Chatwoot, hosted for us on Railway) and in our email (Google Workspace).

04Comments under our posts

When you comment a code word (for example DENIA) under our Instagram or Facebook post, our software reads that comment through Meta's official APIs and replies to you publicly or by private message with a link to WhatsApp.

For this we store your account ID, the comment ID and the post, so that each person gets one reply per post. We don't read anything else from your profile.

05Who we share data with

With the licensed agency or developer handling the property you are interested in (TEKCE, Alegria, DAMAC or WhiteWill), only when you ask us to arrange a viewing, a reservation or a purchase: your name, contact details and the property.

With the providers that run our tools on our behalf: Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), Cloudflare, Railway and Google.

We never sell your data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

06Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

We process your data to take the steps you ask for before a purchase (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.

07How long we keep it

Conversations: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a purchase is in progress or the law requires longer. Comment records: 12 months.

08Transfers abroad

Some of our providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

09Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

10Deleting your data

Email info@ashrafli.com or send “DELETE MY DATA” to us on WhatsApp or Instagram from the account you used. Within 30 days we delete your conversations, contact record and comment records, and confirm it to you.

If you reached us through Facebook, you can also remove our app in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

Messages you sent stay in your own WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook; you can delete them there.

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
